| Everything you need for 8 feet of beadboard installation all in one package. The kit consists of: 1-8ft cap trim, 1- 8ft length of top rail, 1- 8 ft length of lower rail, shoe trim, and 4-8ft lengths of beadboard Bead-8. All the components are primed and ready to be painted once installed. When the 4 lengths of beadboard are cut into 3, you end up with 12 stiles (96/3=32” high), enough for 8 running feet of bead board. The top and bottom rails add 12” of height, with the 32” stiles, an overall height of 42.5” can be achieved. We recommend 38” as a good height for walls with 8 foot ceilings. For a 38” overall height, simply cut the stiles down to 27” each and discard the rest. 27+12=39. Call with any questions, you will find our extensive experience in beadboard helpful. |
